Amb la fase de seguiment, que \u00e9s la tercera, es mesuren i s\u2019analitzen els resultats de la comunicaci\u00f3. Aquesta fase \u00e9s important perqu\u00e8 permet fer ajustaments si \u00e9s necessari.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finalment, <strong>l\u2019\u00faltima fase del proc\u00e9s \u00e9s l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3,<\/strong> que serveix per analitzar l\u2019impacte de les accions comunicatives en l\u2019assoliment dels objectius.
